I like this guy and he is my beer delivery guy at my job,how do I get him to talk to me outside of my job??

Well maybe ask him if you could have his number,and you two could go out for a drink,or just talk.See how things go from there........Hope this helps

Tell him you are planning a huge reunion party and ask him if he can schedule a large delivery to your house. Then give him your cell number to work out the details. When he calls......on the phone you can explain it was just a ploy to get his attention....and ask him to meet you for a drink or coffee sometime. Much easier to get up the courage and risk rejection on the phone. GOOD LUCK!
