If you had blocked the road, you would be in trouble with the police.

Its no defence to say he told you so.

He has no right to tell you to break the law.

See a solicitor.

The CAB will give you a half hour free.

I would have driven over his foot.
Reply:carnt blame you
Reply:I'am a 50 yr.old woman who just had issues at work myself with my boss. I dont know what I would have done in your situation but, I do know one of the things that would have been bothering me is that he called me a boy and 2 that his finger was stuck in my face. I hope you are ok and that you will either get your job back or find something else. As my grandmother always said.......everything happens for a reason. Maybe there is something better for you in the future? Good Luck and I honestly wish you well. SUSAN
Reply:I would go to your unemployment office and see if you can speak to one of their labor reps there. Explain your situation and why you had to leave your job. I'm not sure if you can receive unemployment since you left the job.

Everyone is right though...your boss is quite a prick!
Reply:Ooh dear - what a pratt you boss is.

Reply:You have employment rights in this country. Ring ACAS and ask them what you should do, or see a solicitor who specialises in employment law. You can get a free 30 minute consultation to see what case you have.
Reply:Well done!!!!!!! Don't blame you
Reply:What's your question?
Reply:contact citizens advice bureau, they will tell you what your legal rights are.good luck.
Reply:Don't feel bad either, good on you for doing so.Plenty of jobs out there, and why should you be spoken to like that? No one has the right, not even your boss.

Good luck in finding a new job :-)
