Just try to get along well with Little Jacob, take him out and stuff. He will then offer you this job opportunity, you can access it via the cellphone by selecting Little Jacob and then Job.
Reply:First you need to meet Jacob through Roman. Increasing your friendship with Jacob through outings will result in Jacob asking you to do some delivery services for him. You don't actually see the packages, but when your doing a delivery job the game tells you the package is in a crappy car. And you must deliver the car to its destination. Sometimes you'll be under a timer, other times you'll have to contend with rival gangs and sometimes its a police bust.
Reply:I am assuming you mean for the 360 achievement? you will be able to do this after you get to know Little Jacob for a bit...he will offer you jobs, and their are 10 in all that you can do...
